  • How long will it take for my doctor to call me back if I call during office hours?
Patients are encouraged to call the office with questions concerning their health. However, unless it is of an emergent matter, your call will be returned by Dr. Schwartz or a staff member at the earliest possible time. (Telephone calls are a common reason of physicians running behind schedule!) Please furnish the receptionist with all necessary information regarding your concerns so we can be sure to have a complete and satisfying answer for you.

Prescription refill requests should be made several days before you run out. Please check with your pharmacist first as he/she may already have permission to refill a prescription.
